Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Most items can be shipped in 1 to 3 days. Some items may take longer to ship if they have to come from warehouse distribution. You will receive an email with an approximate shipping date.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight so you are able to fit several items into one box and thereby save on shipping. The shopping cart will calculate the cost. Once you have entered your shipping address you are able to recalculate shipping costs by clicking on the "Update" button in the shopping cart.

Choose Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Priority Mail is a good choice for lighter items and Parcel Post is a good choice for heavier orders.

All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

This is a business that deals with hobby items that are meant to be fun. So we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order please contact us by email ASAP so we can help. If an item arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging and take pictures.

Please email us before you return an item.

Please be sure to include a note with the return items to let us know if you want a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.

Items must be received by us within 30 calendar days of customer delivery. Items must be in original, as shipped, condition; including unopened packaging if applicable. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping.

It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.
