Product Description

Micro-Trains Z scale train Locomotive model of SD40-2. These SD40-2 powered locomotives are painted black with white logos, stripes and lettering. The prototypes were built in 1974 by the Electro-motive Division of General Motors as part of order number 94615. In December 1990, the Southern Railway was renamed Norfolk Southern Railway. Concurrently, control of the Norfolk and Western Railway was transferred to the Norfolk Southern Railway.
